This is my take on a traditional Arabian rice and meat dish. It can be made with your choice of meat(chicken and lamb are the best) or meatless. It is one my favourite dishes to make for guests and my husband's most requested dish for dinner.

Oh wow...this looks scrumptious...we make a similar one in India and call it Biryani....Would love to try this version....

So I make biryani all the time and I didn't even think they were similar lol but you're the 2nd person to say so and now that I think about it, they are similar.
